Untitled Artists Group Show of 3/23/2024--Nashville

"Untitled started in 1991 as a non-profit collective dedicated to supporting artistic innovation and offering alternative visual arts experiences in the Nashville community. Untitled artists work democratically and cooperatively outside the traditionally conservative gallery scene."

Zaki Daouk has participated with the Untitled Artists Group before, and now again on the first show in years, on Saturday the 23rd of March 2024 at the 503 Ligon Drive space in Berry Hill, Nashville, TN, Zaki exhibited four 17x26" Giclée's on canvas as an excerpt of the Elektryxx Photo Comics series. 

There were artists from all walks of life; the fulltime artist who lives and eats from the craft and the working family artist who oozes feelings of expression in a sometimes-rare appearance. Plenty of paintings, photography, multimedia, collages, sculptures and a video installation served to keep the audience engaged and lively.

While Nashville has delivered the Art Crawl on the first Saturday, untitled brings artists together under one space without the process of selection and curation. If you love art and photography, you will enjoy the show. Not all the trends and styles might appeal to you, yet you will certainly be entertained and inspired. This was a not to miss event, however, more untitled shows are in the works for this year.
